We only collect what we need to run your classes:

• Account details — name, email address, phone number and, for children, a parent or guardian's contact details.
• Enrolment enquiries — the details you submit through our contact forms (name, contact info, chosen program, message).
• Class information — your schedule, attendance, progress notes and feedback from teachers.
• Class recordings & transcripts — live classes may be recorded and transcribed so students can revise and parents can follow progress.
• Technical basics — log data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the service working.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and deliver classes, match students with suitable teachers, share progress updates with parents, respond to enquiries, send service emails (such as login details and class notifications), and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

AI features

Some features — like the AI study helper and class transcription — are powered by third-party AI providers. Only the content needed for the feature (for example, your question or the class audio) is processed, and it is not used by us to build advertising profiles.

Sharing

We share information only with the people and services needed to run your classes: your assigned teacher sees the student's name and class details; parents see their child's progress; and trusted service providers (such as video calling, email delivery and AI processing) handle data on our behalf under their own safeguards.

Children

Many of our students are children. Their accounts are created with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and parents can ask us at any time to review or delete their child's information.

Security & retention

Data is stored on secured servers, protected in transit with encryption, and accessible only to authorised staff. We keep information for as long as the account is active; you can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is used, by emailing us. We will respond promptly.
