Terms of Service

The service

Zehnify connects students with tutors for live, 1-on-1 online classes across academic subjects (Zehnify Academics) and Quran, Arabic and Islamic studies (Ilmaura). Classes are held inside our platform on scheduled times agreed with your teacher or our team.

Accounts

Keep your login details safe — you are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts for children must be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Classes, scheduling & cancellations

Class schedules are agreed in advance. If you need to move or cancel a class, tell us as early as possible so the slot can be reused; repeated no-shows may affect your schedule. We may occasionally need to reschedule a class — we will always tell you beforehand.

Fees & payment

Fees are agreed with our team when you enrol and are currently collected directly (bank transfer or other agreed method) rather than through the website. Fees paid for classes already delivered are not refundable; unused classes are handled fairly, case by case.

Recordings

Classes may be recorded and transcribed for quality, safety and revision. Recordings are for your own study and internal use — please do not share them publicly.

Acceptable use

When using the platform you agree not to:

• harass, abuse or behave inappropriately towards teachers, students or staff;
• share your account, or access someone else's;
• copy, resell or redistribute our content, materials or recordings;
• attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Teachers

Teachers on Zehnify are vetted before joining. Arrangements between Zehnify and its teachers (including payment) are governed by separate agreements. Please keep all lessons and communication on the platform.

Liability

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the classes concerned.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. You can close your account whenever you like, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
